Terms of Service
Effective October 31, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Wolfgrid LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Wolfgrid," "we," "us"). They cover Wolfgrid and Wolfgrid Fleet: the Command Center, the crew and driver app, client portals, booking pages, customer websites, payments, email and text features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you're allowed to agree for that business.
1. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
- The account owner controls the company's account, billing and who has access.
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
2. Businesses Wolfgrid can't serve
Our payment, texting and email providers don't allow certain businesses, and neither do we. You may not use Wolfgrid for:
- Adult or sexual services of any kind, including escort services, "sensual" or "body rub" massage, strip clubs and pornography
- Cannabis or marijuana, including dispensaries and delivery, and CBD or hemp products above legal limits
- Gambling, betting, sweepstakes with prizes and lotteries
- Payday or title loans, debt collection, debt settlement or relief, credit repair and bail bonds
- Selling firearms, ammunition or explosives
- Tobacco, vaping and hookah products
- Cryptocurrency mining, coin offerings and similar schemes
- Pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" offers, timeshares, telemarketing and other deceptive practices
- Hate speech, harassment or anything illegal where you operate or where your customers are
Some businesses are allowed only after a review, such as CBD within legal limits, lending, alcohol service and freight brokers (whose card payments need our payment provider's approval). We check new sign-ups against this list. We may hold an account for review, decline it, or close it if we learn it falls on this list, even after sign-up.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- New companies start with a free trial. When it ends, the plan you pick is billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through our payment provider, Stripe.
- Prices are shown on our website and in the app. Extra trades, setup fees and add-ons are billed as shown when you add them. Pilot companies keep their founder pricing for as long as their account stays active.
- You can cancel any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods or setup fees unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know. After a grace period the account becomes read-only until it's paid. If an account stays unpaid, we may close it after giving you a chance to export your data.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Payments you take from your customers
When you take card or bank payments through Wolfgrid, the payments are processed by Stripe, and you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You're responsible for your prices, refunds, disputes, sales tax and anything you promise your customers. Stripe's processing fees apply. Wolfgrid doesn't hold your customers' money.
5. Text messages and email
- Wolfgrid sends texts and emails on your behalf (for example invoices, appointment reminders, booking confirmations and crew messages). Only send them to people who agreed to hear from you, and follow the laws on calls, texts and email, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
- People can reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. We honor those replies automatically. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
- No marketing blasts to bought or shared lists, and nothing from section 2.
6. Your data
- Your company's data stays yours: clients, schedules, photos, invoices and everything else you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.
- For your customers' and employees' information, Wolfgrid acts as your service provider. You're responsible for having the right to collect it and for telling them how you use it.
- You can export your data. When an account closes, we keep the data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except what we must keep by law (like billing records).
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who helps us run the Service.
7. Fair use
Don't misuse the Service. That means no breaking into accounts or systems, no overloading the Service, no reselling it without our written okay, no copying it to build a competing product, and no uploading malware or content you don't have the rights to.
8. Trucking compliance tools
Wolfgrid Fleet helps you keep driver files, truck papers and inspection reports. It doesn't make your company compliant by itself, and it isn't an electronic logging device (ELD). You remain responsible for meeting FMCSA, DOT and state rules. Check official sources for the current requirements.
9. Changes and availability
We improve the Service all the time and may change or remove features. We'll tell you before removing something you pay for. We aim to keep the Service running but can't promise it will never be down or error-free.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Calculators, estimates and templates in the app are tools to help you, not professional advice. Check your own prices, measurements, taxes and legal requirements.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Wolfgrid isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid Wolfgrid in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against Wolfgrid because of your business, your content, your messages to your customers or your breaking these terms, you'll cover Wolfgrid's reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
13. Ending the agreement
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or goes unpaid. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you time to export your data.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Keeping your account after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Law and disputes
Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and both sides agree to those courts.
